Miss Oregon Visits Ms. Rutten’s Class

This week, Ms. Rutten’s class was visited by Abby Hoppe, also known as Miss Oregon 2024! Abby spoke with students about her journey with Type 1 Diabetes, accompanied by our very own 1st grader Andi Eide. Andi and Abby taught students about Diabetes management and answered student questions about their experiences, even with a sweet visit from Andi’s sister, Carly.
